- Effectively utilizes company’s internal database, as well as external data resources in order to find qualified candidates. - Meeting and interviewing with a job applicant to identify his or her wishes or expectations. - Consulting with a job applicant for his or her career pass development. - Provides office administrative support by answering phones and responding inquiries. - Communicates with Japanese companies and clients in order to obtain candidate recruiting orders via telephone calls and emails. - Other duties and responsibilities are assigned, as needed accordingly.
