New employees are assigned a senior-level mentor, who provides guidance on day-to-day project challenges and career decisions – offering advice and feedback on how to enhance consulting and management skills. Formal training begins immediately, with an orientation programme that introduces you to the firm and reviews the tools necessary to make a significant contribution on your first consulting project.
