Positions for experienced consultants or MBA candidates with pre-MBA work experience: (Full-time and Internship positions are available across all the roles listed below) 1. Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant (SIPAC) SIPACs create and deliver solutions for our clients and project teams and leverage their analytic, synthesis and communication skills to derive insights, solve business problems. In particular, SIPAs apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support clients in change initiatives and employ standard analytic techniques to help guide client decisions. 2. Decision Analytics Associate Consultant (DAAC) DAACs design and execute analyses to address business problems for our clients and project teams and leverage their analytic skills to find data-driven insights that help our clients solve their most important business problems, engage with clients to help them understand the implications and make plans to act on them. 3. Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant (SIPC) SIPCs leverage best-in-class unstructured problem-solving skills and strong analytic, synthesis, and communication skills to lead the delivery of projects that help clients solve strategic and tactical business problems. 4. Decision Analytics Consultant (DAC) DACs combine best-in-class quantitative analytic skills with strong problem-solving and communication skills to lead the delivery of projects that help clients solve strategic, tactical, and operational business problems. Responsibilities of both SIPAC and DAAC include: • Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and ZS team decision-making • Design custom analyses using tools like Excel,  Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software • Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations • Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects • Provide client and ZS teams project status updates • Create project deliverables and implement solutions • Advance problem solving skills and improve ZS’s capabilities • Guide and mentor Associates on teams Responsibilities of both SIPC and DAC include: • Working with project leadership to define project scope and develop an approach • Leading project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings • Conducting issue analysis and developing hypotheses for the key client issues • Leading project teams in designing and executing analyses to test hypotheses and improve client commercial effectiveness • Synthesizing findings, developing recommendations, and communicating results to clients and internal teams • Coaching and mentoring junior team members • Providing thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas • Participating in business development with client and/or practice area leads • Contributing to internal firm activities
