職務内容

Logistics Coordination: • Collaborates with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping. • Supports order management processes such as PO, packing list, invoice issuance, etc. • Supports creating policies or procedures for logistics activities. • Supports analyzing all aspects of corporate logistics, such as routing, product volumes or mixes, or carrier changes, to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies and recommends improvements for the process. • Handles inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management. • Handles the shipments of designated subcontractors and shipping confirmation; Ensures SOPs are met. • Tracks product flow from origin to the final delivery. 　 • Supports implementation of specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics. • Communicates freight transportation information to customers or suppliers to improve efficiency, speed, or quality of transportation services. • Maintains or examines the records of government agencies such as US Custom. Inventory Control: • Takes initiative in physical inventory counts. • Supports to establish, optimize, and operate a system for managing inventory control and avoid creating immovable inventory or stock outs; communicates with sales personnel and receive insight. • Communicates with outsources warehouse including inventory management, logistics planning, contract negotiations, etc. • Supports analyzing forecast of deposited inventory management and provides information regarding order forecasts to each supplier ※出荷業務はアウトソーシングしておりますので、そのコーディネートが業務となります。
