Recruiting/Placement Service for US Positions
Under the direction of the Regional Amusement Planning Director, the Regional Amusement Planning Manager, is responsible for planning and managing the procurement and inventory of the Amusement Departments at store locations. In addition, the Regional Amusement Planning Manager will interface with vendors, be involved in product negotiations and overseas the administration of purchase orders. Essential: • Identifies and plans Amusement Departments’ arcade needs • Collect and analyze data from games sales for all stores. • Sources potential suppliers • Solicits bids, reviews bids and recommends suppliers • Is involved in the negotiations and administers awarded contracts • Accepts delivery of arcades and promotional items and inspects them • Reviews invoices and submits to Accounting for payment • Maintains vendor relationships. • In conjunction with the Regional Director, Operations oversees the installation of arcade games and equipment • Participates in store openings • Travels to sites as required (average once a month) • Flexible work schedule during business trip (may start as early as 3:00 am or 4:00 am) • Ensures compliance with federal/state rules and regulations • Drafts and submits Amusement Departments’ procedures. • Ensures on an ongoing basis, set-ups are updated, are functional and attractive. • Is responsible for the maintenance and look of all displays in Amusement Departments • Responsible for the look, maintenance and inventory of redemption departments • Creates floor plans for equipment layout, power, conductors, etc. • Has clear understanding of the objective and principles of the Company’s goals. • Provides input on customers’ needs/wants • Helps solve problems that affect the Amusement Departments’ efficiencies, service and productivity. • Conduct tasks in the main task list. Non-Essential • In conjunction with Regional Operations Director, tracks sales • Consistently motivates and inspires staff to achieve team goals • Occasionally will get involved in actual operation to lead staff by example

-2 days a week, -Working on National Holidays will be 1.5 times of your pay. -Paid Time OFF (10 Paid Vacation Days a year for the 1st year)
