Recruiting/Placement Service for US Positions
This position is responsible for Recruiting Department within the company. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talents. Essential Duties: • Job Postings for New and Existing stores on Job Search Engines, Homepage and ADP • Resume Screening • Performing and coordinate in-person and phone interviews with candidates • Follow up on the interview/background check process status • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices • Completing timely reports on employment activity • Competitor Research/Wage investigation from local competitors • Gather college information: Distance, recruiting on campus, Job poster approval • Conducting and preparing for job fairs /Perform Orientations • Coordinate travels (Flight, Hotel, Rental Cars) • Creating and submitting Payment Request for new trainees and hotels • Auditing and collecting invoice for corporate credit card • Multiple Business trips Non-Essential Duties: • Translation and Interpretation in English/Japanese at full-time employee interview • Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by executive management. • Maintains high ethical standards in the work place. • Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures. • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area

8 hours a day Overtime will be paid Able to travel for about 10 days - 3 weeks once every 2~3 months.
D.O.E (37k-39k, Non-Exempt) Overtime will be paid (1.5 times)
-2 days a week, -Working on National Holidays will be 1.5 times of your pay. -Paid Time OFF (10 Paid Vacation Days a year for the 1st year)
