Primary Job Functions 1) Support Financial Reporting/Analysis/Audits by preparing financial statements with Accountants and analyzing reports for the whole company; by following and complying with Generally Accepted Accounting (GAAP) for financial statements; by recording and researching all financial information for analysis; by documenting and interpreting complicated financial information for Top Management; by preparing reports for Financial Review/Audit, Internal Control. 2) Manage and Supervise Accounting Operation & Procedures for All Branches by checking and monitoring day-to-day accounting reports and transactions; by managing accounting staff daily operations with supervision and leadership. 3) Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable for All Branches by monitoring and balancing receivables for all branches; by revising monthly reports and entering all expenses into the computer; and by handling incoming and outgoing bank transfers and foreign collections. 4) Manage Budget Reports for All Branches by preparing and overseeing budget reports and analyzing reports; by forecasting and planning budgets according to fiscal needs. 5) Serve Customers by answering the telephone quickly; by handling inquiries and expediting orders from internal and external customers in a prompt and professional manner; by greeting external customers when necessary; and by otherwise communicating with external customers in a professional manner which solidifies the business relationship. Secondary Job Functions 1) Performs General Administrative Tasks by recording attendance of staffs; by maintaining office equipment and supplies; by distributing mail and faxes; and by undertaking other duties as needed. 2) Keeps Management Informed by assisting officers and accountants with monthly reviews; and by keeping accurate and balanced accounting records. 3) Manages Time and Resources by managing time, supporting Staff, and other Company-provided resources (phone, fax, email) in order to maximize self-potential and business profit. 4) Manages Staff by supervising the day-to-day activities of Staff and by providing them with constructive feedback, setting goals and giving performance reviews as necessary. 5) Ensures Smooth Operations by making sure that accounting operations function smoothly; by checking support Staff's work; by providing the Company with accurate reports; by implementing guidelines, allowing the Company to maximize financial performance and limit risk; and by maintaining the confidentiality of all communication, correspondence, and records.
This is an immediate hire position.
