As an Inside/Outside Sales Representative for AHG, your job is to carry our “best in the business” message to our current customers as well as prospective customers. It is also important that you display excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of customers. Specific qualifications for the position include: • Prior sales-related experience • Prior inside B2B sales experience, preferred • Developing and closing sales opportunities. The position will focus the majority of their time to grow sales within a specific group of targeted accounts as well as increase revenue through inactive or new business. • Understanding our business is built on customer satisfaction and ensure we provide a superior level of service Determine each customer’s needs by asking questions and listening. • Keep abreast of incoming inventory, featured accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers. • Review and analyze actions at the end of the day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively. • Work closely with internal partners and groups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the ordering process.
