Park West Gallery has brought the experience of collecting fine art to more than 2 million collectors around the world since 1969, through art auctions and art gallery sales on over 85 cruise ships around the world. Our onboard art galleries and programs are currently found on Carnival, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, and Royal Caribbean International.
Park West operates art programs on cruise ships sailing through the US, Caribbean, Europe, Australia, and Asia. The world's largest emerging cruise ship market is in Asia, with dozens of ships sailing out of major ports such as Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai, and Busan. To support our Asian Markets, we are seeking Bilingual Japanese-English Sales Associate to work with both Japanese and English speaking clients around the world. No previous art experience needed; we provide training for all qualified applicants.

This job is located on cruise ships, which is as much a lifestyle as it is a job. Many enjoy the fast-paced, people-focused work onboard, especially those that are not suited for stationary desk work. A strong work ethic is useful, as every day is a work day when working on a cruise ship. Work assignments are 6 months, with a 5-week vacation after. The Culture on ships is diverse, with crew members hailing from almost every country in the world. With crew members all coming to work on a cruise ship, united in the desire to have a job that allows them to travel the world and meet amazing people, you'll easily find interesting colleagues and develop new, exciting friendships.
Our Training Academy has successfully trained thousands of new and returning Independent Contractors for their prospects at sea and beyond. Training is led by industry leaders with real on-the-job experience in leading successful art programs at sea. Job training is held at Park West’s location either in Florida or Michigan, or both, over the course of nine days. Training is also held in Hong Kong approximately twice a year for interested applicants living in Asia. Room and Board and meals on ship; tenure bid credit awards; flights/travel reimbursement; training; free time and travel in ports of call
New hires begin as Associates, working up to becoming either a Gallery Director or Auctioneer and Team Leader. Some go on to work on land with our management team or VIP sales team.
