① As the Supply Chain Equipment Planner and Project Lead, you will be responsible for planning and managing the fleet of IPV and other equipment as well as vendor management within Supply Chain. This includes Fork Trucks, Tow Motors, Compactor(s), Bailer(s) and Assist Carts. This role is also responsible for leading the planning, execution, and management of Supply Chain related special projects during scheduled shutdowns including being Shutdown Lead for Supply Chain. The ideal candidate must be very organized, be able to work fast and efficiently, and have strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and rectify problems. The successful candidate will work with multiple HCM departments including Facilities, Process Group, Front Line Leaders, Equipment & Safety Groups and the SPS leadership team, so strong interpersonal abilities and project management skills are extremely important.

② As an HCM Reliability Associate you will identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect department operations and remove through loss elimination, risk management, and strong asset lifecycle improvements. You will be working as part of a consolidated reliability team that will standardize practices, analyze data for improvement opportunities, support departments for reliability, and business plan initiatives to improve asset performance and overall maintenance and repair costs. You will provide strong technical mentorship for the department and teams.

③ This role is working as a language interpreter (English / Japanese). You will serve as a communication bridge between Canadian members and Japanese members. Your meetings may include daily/weekly schedule update, project update, coordination/discussion, investment proposal presentation, as well as various audits and gemba tours. You are expected to provide interpretation services in a professional manner. This position is via temp agency (future direct employment may be possible depending on fit and skill level)

① We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team, reporting to Engineering Director and C.T.O. The successful candidate will lead the electrical aspects of product development, including but not limited to design (layout, BOM generation, and routing), development and validation of PCBs, development of communication protocols, ensuring appropriate documentation to meet the company’s quality targets. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, have a minimum of 3 years of Canadian industrial experience, and possess excellent problem-solving and project management skills. ② We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized project coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist various department in coordinating and executing activities and tasks. Responsibilities will include, coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, managing documentation and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and work effectively within a team. Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in project coordination role. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Smartsheet is required. The ability to manage timelines, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail is essential for success in this role. ③ We are seeking for a skilled assembler to join our production team. The assembler will be responsible for assembling electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and final products according to existing work instructions. Duties will include, reading and interpreting documents, using hand tools and machinery, and performing quality checks to ensure product meets the requirement. You will also maintain a clean and organized work area and report any issues or malfunctions during the assembly process. Ideal candidate should have technical diploma or certificates, with prior experience in an assembly or manufacturing role preferred. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting production deadlines.
