The Guest Relations Program is a twelve-month program located at Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida. Participants of this program will be trained to assist and engage Guests with MyMagic+ components and questions including My Disney Experience profiles, entitlements, and itineraries. Additional responsibilities include assisting Guests with ticketing, dining reservations, dinner packages, special service needs, and providing information about our theme parks. The position includes cash-handling and the use of computerized systems within desktop and mobile device environments. Participants will act as the communication hub for the park, handle Guest concerns, communicate extensively and partner with other areas within each specific Disney theme park and other Walt Disney World® Parks and Resorts properties.

Minimum 30 Hours/week guaranteed. Could work 40hrs or more.
$12.85/hour. If a candidate works more than 40 hours/week, they are paid overtime @ 1.5 x hourly pay for any hours >40.
Typically scheduled 2 days off in a work week. We are open 365 days/year!
