Job Description Reporting directly to senior executives, the Account Executive will be responsible for management of assigned clients / projects, development of new clients / projects and assist of senior executives. The Account Executive manages/coordinates clients’ projects and takes an active role in many disciplines of marketing communications. The Account Executive may serve as the contact between the agency and the client. The Account Executive also serves as a liaison between account teams at Dentsu Inc., Japan, and account teams at agencies at Dentsu Aegis Network. Roles and Responsibilities • Supports business activities to acquire new clients and new projects. • Supports, coordinates and performs projects to improve the Agency’s services. • Supports senior executives to establishment of new business structure with agencies in the network. • Creates and enhances any presentation materials. • Verifies and prepares presentation, contracts and other business documentation. • Communicates with clients, agencies in our network and affiliates, as needed and liaises between those organizations and Dentsu Inc. in Japan, to stay abreast of business needs. • Manages timely flow of information to clients and agencies in our network. • Helps identify and analyze significant trends to report senior executives. • Manages maintenance and research of physical data, electrical data and other information, and enhancement of those data for various uses. • Assists senior executives’ responsibilities during their absence. • Participates in other projects under the direction of senior executives. • Provide high quality work by ensuring accuracy and seeking to continuously improve our processes and platforms by embracing new and better ways of doing things • Performs all functions as assigned by senior executives. Education and Experience Requirements • Bachelor's degree required • Must be fluent in Japanese language (bilingual in Japanese and English) • 3+ years of relevant integrated advertising experience • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) • Must be able to travel
