職務内容

Manage a level of service quality to meet the user’s satisfaction for ERP system and any other related systems used by the company and Affiliate companies in North and South American region with the contribution of improving the customer support by timely and accurately responding to queries and complaints, and analyzing the diversified user’s requirements/needs to improve customer’s business effectively. Manager relationship with its HQs and the related parties/systems to promote the directions/policies given by its HQs without delay or to ensure the early resolution facing to the issues by giving the close communication and consultation. Consult and analyze user's operation problems or new requirements related with the ERP system and develop custom programs or implement IT solutions. If it is required to add or change common objects maintained by its HQs, coordinating with its HQs with creating request for proposal and supporting the development and implementation. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in assigned ERP related projects. Execute and monitor a project plan, including milestones, tasks, risks, scope and budget. Manage and lead multiple complex workstream related to ERP projects in all projects’ phases. Coordinate resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule and budgets. Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and judgment in anticipating and solving complex ERP solutions/problems and in developing methods, standards, and processes for diverse business activities. Work with key stakeholders at clients as well as its HQs as a primary point of contact to updated project status/changes, anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risk through the use of best practice project management methodologies and expertise. Maintain a current and up-to-date knowledge of developments in a specific discipline and/or other related technical fields to recommend innovations to improve the quality and effectiveness of the business solution Evaluate and assess project result and drive process improvement
