Recruiting/Placement Service for US Positions
- Request and preparation of individual tax client lists for a new tax year (December) - Payroll data collection from client companies for expats from Japan who are residing and working in the US (January) - Reviewing payroll data and preparing a summary that is used by preparer (January and February) - Reviewing and following up on individual client tax data collected through web‐based tax organizer (January through March) - Review and sign income tax returns prepared (March and April) - Preparation and delivery of summary for tax result per company client (March and April) - Review and sign income tax returns and tax equalization for people who work abroad April through June) - Processing payroll for US subsidiaries of Japanese company (throughout a year); - Work includes collection of payroll data from clients, reviewing the data for accuracy, calculating tax gross‐up and processing payroll through a third‐party payroll company - Training staff both in US and Japan - Visiting or online meeting with clients after busy season - Presentation coordinated by alliance member
