<Overview> 駐在員や出向者のサポート。入居、住居を見つけることから、住居オーナーや様々な関連業者とのやり取り。 <Job Details & Responsibilities> Communicate with International Assignees to support for Home Finding to Move out along with Security deposit retrieval and return on behalf of customer/clients company ( Being a liaison between international assignee and Landlord for the property lease for the renewal and termination) Enter and update customer's information -lease agreement detail into our database. Car Lease referral to vendor. Invoicing. Local real estate professional search and interview.
