職務内容

This position is responsible to develop and promote the company’s products and services within designated sales channels to increase the profit of the company as well as maintain the existing customer base. Sale Promotions • Identifies, contacts, and develops potential relationships with food services and coffee distributors and/or customers within the food services industry • Visits potential and existing customer locations to promote products • Provides support for helping customers making drinks, helps with questions regarding the customer’s menu items • Determines customer's needs and budgets; plans and implements a sales strategy to sell the company’s products/services • Communicates with existing and potential customers seeking sales opportunities and identifies market trends • Develops and maintains sales materials to be presented to the customers • Conducts sales presentations and introduces promotional products to both existing & potential customers • Ability to generate leads and follow up • Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs • Plans, attends, travels, sets up and breaks down tradeshows • Follows up on leads gained from tradeshow attendance • Gathers and generates leads and follows up accordingly • Other projects and duties as assigned Customer Support • Responsible for answering customers' questions, inquiries, and complaints about the company's products • Submits weekly activity/call sales reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer relationships
