Recruiting/Placement Service for US Positions
• Responsible to maintain and update employee personnel records. • Reviews and verifies payroll hours on time cards • Administers new hire and termination packets for all employees. • Facilitates new employee orientation. • Responsible for managing employee attendance records, including PTO accruals and requests. • Prepares and updates employee performance evaluations. • Maintains employee warnings, performance coaching/counseling forms. • Assists with employee complaints • Ensures Company’s safety compliances with all states’ regulations and OSHA requirements. • Files and mails out the documentations of the legal activities that relate to Human Resources • Coordinates enrollment/termination of employees to 401(k) program for Company • Coordinates Company’s healthcare benefits including enrollments for new employees, corresponding with insurance company and coordinating with insurance broker. • Assists in handling all insurance claims as necessary • Ensures Company’s Safety Policies and make sure the policy is complying with governmental requirements. • Plans and coordinates company meetings and/or training events as needed.

40 hours a week 5 days a week (MON-FRI) 9AM - 6PM
D.O.E (Non Exempt) $20 ~ 22/ Hour Overtime will be paid (1.5 times)
-2 days a week, -Working on National Holidays will be 1.5 times of your pay. -Paid Time OFF (10 Paid Vacation Days a year for the 1st year)
