Development & Construction Rep. will support to develop relationships with real estate partners and architects to research, compile and administer information to grow the company’s brand. In addition, this position requires the preparation of reports, scheduling of meetings, planning business trips, answering phone calls, managing calendars, communicating and negotiating with related vendors in conducting all necessary duties and tasks associated with developing new stores for the company. This position will require working in a fast-paced environment that touches upon multiple disciplines throughout the construction and compliance fields. Representative will be asked help manage the construction and compliance team to ensure smooth operation of new-store construction. Furthermore, the representative will conduct research license and permit requirements for new-store development. Also need to maintain existing license and permits for each store to operate according to state and local law/code. Lastly, will serve as point of contact for the various contractors contracted by the D&C team. This includes but is not limited to, consolidating all internal department’s opinions and concerns to the various contractors, being an advocate for the contractor’s concerns which prioritizes the company’s interest, and acting as a mediator to promote productive discussions for improvements for any and all processes. Essential Duties: • Support with obtaining real estate information from prospective sites with floor plans, occupancy, growth projections and sales strategies • Support with developing and coordinating with other corporate and store staff the timely preparation of financial statements and vendor payments • Schedules meetings, appointments, business trips • Acts as liaison between vendors, executive management and other managing partners to facilitate information flow and drive increased efficiencies • Assist in all activities related to construction administration, change orders, procurement, project updates, and scheduling • Collect and input data into databases. • Create meeting materials, including reports, presentations, and agendas. • Conduct research license and permit requirements for new-store development • Maintain and renew license and permits for existing stores. • Find ways to improve and/or refine the current processes of procurement and/or development. • Stay mindful of new trends to the involved industries for new opportunities and methods.

D.O.E (Non Exempt) $20 ~ 23/ Hour Overtime will be paid (1.5 times)
-2 days a week, -Working on National Holidays will be 1.5 times of your pay. -Paid Time OFF (10 Paid Vacation Days a year for the 1st year)
