Started her career as a flight attendant for Japan Airlines (JAL) International flights, including for Japanese Air Force One aircraft for Japanese prime ministers. Afterwards, she joined chemical manufacturing company BASF Japan Ltd. human resources department, handling recruitment and employee development. Started her own company, Primetime K.K. in 1995, providing training and seminars for more than 60,000 clients on organizational change.
Developed her original [Timing Management®] method and delivered lectures, training and published books for a wide range of audiences from new recruits to management class. Winner of Bronze Stevie Award at the 2012 Stevie Awards for Women in Business awards.
Graduated from Oklahoma State University with a minimum GPA, Kunimoto joined Abeam Consulting and received his USCPA while working on finance/accounting projects. With a passion to work overseas, joined multinational companies and worked on M&A/BPR projects in EU and Southeast Asia. Realizing the potential and love for Vietnam, started an education/media company there and operated for 4 years. Afterwards, joined a HR Tech startup and founded/operated the Southeast Asia branch for 2 years. In 2018, he founded, "freecracy," now consisting of 35 talents from Vietnam, India and Japan with a goal to disrupt the old fashioned HR industry and to promote a healthier and free work/life style.
