You can also deepen your understanding of the excellence and strength of finance and IT through interactions with our employees and other interns. ●「職種・キャリアフィールドを知る」 ベテラン・中堅・若手など様々な立場の先輩社員による講話を中心に、金融ビジネスを支えるITの魅力や職種、キャリアフィールドに関する理解を深めることができます。 ●「自らの強みを知る」「野村のITの強みを知る」 ワークを通じて、自らの強みとそれを生かせるキャリアフィールドをイメージアップすることができます。また、先輩社員や他のインターン生との対話を通じて、金融とITの魅力・強味に関する理解を深めることができます。
