Internship Program Details

Summer Internship for SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS FOR ALGO TRADING- Equity System Development Department - Developer in a team developing electronic trading systems for Equities. This involves analysis, design, development, testing and system support - This is an area that is seeing rapid technical development and the candidate is expected to be an adaptive learner that is excited to learn new technologies quickly. The team is working in a highly innovative environment - The team is very multi-national and the candidate is expected to be comfortable working in a similar environment - The candidate should have a Computer Science or an Engineering/Science degree with a high degree of exposure to programming - Solid Computer Science foundation is key. We are not looking at candidates with exposure to specific technologies and there will be opportunities to learn technologies and methodologies on the job - Bilingual candidates, English and Japanese - Familiarity with a modern development environments and tools is a plus - Knowledge of low-level inner workings hardware including networking, CPUs, caches and memory buses is a plus
