【INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME IN Summer 2025】2025 August - September Edge Up Internship とは、約7週間にわたる実務体験型で、本選考にも直結になる有給インターンシップ・プログラムです。 以下の部門にて募集しております。 Marketing / HR / Finance / Commercial / Operations [職務内容] 約２か月の間実際の業務に携わることで、業界や様々な部門の業務についての理解を深め、これから社会人となる際に役立つ知識・経験を身につけることが可能です。 また、インターン仲間や社員とのネットワークを広げる機会にもなります。
<Intensive 7 weeks Programme> 7週間で実際にBATジャパンで行われているビジネスに影響を与える仕事に携わっていただきます。 <Hands On Experience With Real Impact> 実務体験型であるため、様々なプロジェクトに携わり、限られた期間の中で深い経験と知識を養うことができます。 <Immerse in a Truly International Environment> グローバルな会社であるため、様々な国籍の社員との交流ができます。 <Rewarding Experience> 今後社会に出た際に役立つスキルや知識を養うことができます。 <Work Closely with Experts in their Field> 各分野のエキスパートである社員があなたのコーチとなり、彼らが実際に日々行っている業務を身近で観察し、ジョブ・シャドウィングすることで、彼らから学びを得ることができます。
