  • Great opportunity to connect with other job seekers
Before attending the Preparing for CF seminar held on campus, my job searching was a lonely process. But at the seminar, there were more participants than I had expected and was motivated to prepare for the Career Forum. I can see how others were preparing and realized others shared similar questions and concerns, which motivated me to work harder.
  • Good to participate from 1st and 2nd year
I attended the Preparing for the CF seminar in my 1st year and learned how the Career Forum works and the benefits of attending multiple Career Forums. For this reason, I was able to start preparing early and finish my job search before my final year, allowing me to focus on my thesis and enjoy some traveling throughout Europe.
  • Efficiently start my job hunting process
Because my graduate program was only 10 months, I was worried whether I can handle balancing academics and my job search. But utilizing all the support contents by CFN and following the steps provided, I was able to efficiently conduct my job search and receive and offer from the company of my choice.
  • Changed my career parth before going to graduate schoool
All my colleagues were job searching locally and I was planning on going to graduate school, I never thought to participate in the London Career Forum. However, a senior told it's open to people like me and by participating in the seminar helped me create a new career path before graduate school.
  • Received offer from a global company of my choice
Before the seminar, I though I only needed to bring my resume and receive an offer. Participating in the Preparation for CF seminar was very helpful and made me realize there was much more to do before the Career Forum. By attending multiple Career Forums with different purposes helped me prepare and ultimately lead me to receiving an offer from a global company.
