It is also important that you display excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of customers. Specific qualifications for the position include: • Prior sales-related experience • Prior inside B2B sales experience, preferred • Developing and closing sales opportunities. The position will focus the majority of their time to grow sales within a specific group of targeted accounts as well as increase revenue through inactive or new business. • Understanding our business is built on customer satisfaction and ensure we provide a superior level of service Determine each customer’s needs by asking questions and listening. • Keep abreast of incoming inventory, featured accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers. • Review and analyze actions at the end of the day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively. • Work closely with internal partners and groups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the ordering process.
