What We Do

The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) combines Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Finance, Global Markets and Global Transaction Banking businesses. Global Markets combines the sales, trading and structuring of a wide range of financial products. Our Corporate Finance team is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, including advisory debt and equity issuance and capital markets coverage.
