Directions
You will need an Opal card to travel on public transport within Sydney. The card is reusable and you can add value at any time.
You can purchase the Opal card at the Sydney Airport or at convenience store that have the Opal card sticker or flag.
Sydney's airport train, Airport Link T2 Line takes you from the airport to Central Station in about 15 minutes. It runs every 10 minutes.
When traveling into the city, it will stop first at the International Airport Station (T1 International) then Domestic Airport Station (T2/T3 Domestic). One-way fare is about AUS$16.16.
Taxi ride to the central area of Sydney is 20-30 minutes and will cost about AUS$45-55 one-way.
The closest bus stop to the event will be Pramatta Rd at University Ave Camperdown (StopID 205019). It is about a 10 minute ride from Central Station and the fare is AUS$2.10.
Some of the buses that you can take from city central are 470, 483, 436, and 440.
