Reports from CFN members have confirmed that companies, organizations, and individuals that provide job-hunting support services (hereinafter referred to as "job-hunting support companies") to be using names "Boston Career Forum/ボストンキャリアフォーラム/ボスキャリ" and "Career Forum/キャリアフォーラム" without authorization. These unauthorized usages have been causing confusion and misinformation to job seekers, particularly regarding the Boston Career Forum, organized by Career-tasu, Inc. and Career-Tasu, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Career-tasu"). Furthermore, it has been reported that these job-hunting support companies will incorporate "Boston Career Forum/ボスキャリ," and similar terms while providing non-CFN job information, advertisements to the job-hunting support companies' own events, and encouraging job seekers to apply to specific companies.
The "ボスキャリ”and "キャリアフォーラム / CAREER FORUM" are registered trademarks of Career-tasu, the operator of CFN. There is no relationship between Career-tasu and these job-hunting support companies. Furthermore, unless Career-tasu has publicly announced to that effect, no other job-hunting support companies provide information about, cooperate in business with, or co-host the Boston Career Forum.
If any job-hunting support company utilizes "Boston Career Forum/ボストンキャリアフォーラム/ボスキャリ" or any similar terms please know that Career-tasu is not involved in any shape or form unless Career-tasu has made a public announcement to that effect. If you are a CFN member and spot any unauthorized use of "Boston Career Forum/ボストンキャリアフォーラム/ボスキャリ" or similar terms, please report them to CFN through the inquiry form.
