[ Training after joining the company ]
After joining the company, employees will focus on acquiring the basic skills, such as business etiquette and business presentation through introductory training for a certain period. After that, we will conduct technical training. For those who did not major in IT related fields, we have prepared a training program that enables them to understand and acquire basic technical knowledge. We have prepared an environment where you can take on bew challenges regardless of their current major. The keyword of our education system is "self-education.". [ Global business environment ]
While working at the Tokyo Head Office, you can also engage in system development projects with overseas bases that support global strategies. At the earliest, as an overseas trainee from the end of the third year after joining the company, you will acquire local knowledge of financial operations and development skills through practical experience at one of the bases in New York, London, Singapore and Shanghai, thereby aiming to become a global talent who will be responsible for overseas systems. [New employee training] ・ Introductory training: New employees will learn Japanese business etiquette, business presentation, and other skills required to work in Japan. ・ Technical training: After understanding the basic technical knowledge, new employees will team up and work on "system development exercises"
[New Employee Mentor System] Senior employees in the same department will be assigned as a mentor in charge of training each new employee. Mentors are central in providing guidance and support to help new employees grow by leveraging their work experience.
[Overseas Trainee System] New employees will be temporally placed at JRI's overseas offices (New York, London, Singapore, and Shanghai). Through practical experience, new employees are expected to acquire local financial business knowledge and development skills to be global talents responsible for overseas systems.
[Cafeteria-Style Training (Internal and External Training Program)] Employees will receive a certain amount of "cafeteria points" and can take internal and external training courses within the range of the point they have. Hundreds of training courses are available, including group training, e-learning, and correspondence courses, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

[New employee group training] In April (introductory training), the basic skill training for new consultants, such as compliance, business etiquete, reporting, strategy/marketing, finance, facilitation, etc. In May (practical training), practical training in preparation for assignment while utilizing basic skills and knowledge.
[New Employee Follow-up Training] In the fall, practical one-on-one training for basic skills is conducted with the theme of corporate analysis. A variety of training programs are also provided for each research skill.
[Mid-Career Skill Upgrading Training] Enhance skills in facilitation, project management, practical finance, and consulting sales.
[New manager training] Upon promotion to manager, reaffirmation of new manager's skills, suc as project management, leadership, expertise in legal, financial and huma resources, and work ethic.
