Graduated from Oklahoma State University with a minimum GPA, Kunimoto joined Abeam Consulting and received his USCPA while working on finance/accounting projects. With a passion to work overseas, joined multinational companies and worked on M&A/BPR projects in EU and Southeast Asia. Working at a big consulting firm, Kondo worked on international projects such as corporate strategy, operational reformation, overseas expansion centered around the automotive and tech industries. From 2011, he became Japan's leading representative in the firm. In 2019, he joined EY Japan to oversee the corporate growth strategy division. From October 2020, he will serve as the President and CEO of EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd.
Currently 14 years with the Ministry, Fukuoka is the Southwest Asia Director of Trade Policy. He began his global career in the health care division planning global expansion for Japanese medical companies. He then became a diplomat for the Japanese Embassy in Thailand. He built a health specialist training center in Thailand in hopes to promote his global expansion goals. He also assisted in electrical, railway and automobile manufacturing infrastructure projects. He received his Masters in Economics from Yale University and is currently working on Japan-China and Japan-U.S. cooperation and infrastructure planning projects as the principal deputy director of foreign trade promotion.

Kubota did not have any study abroad experience and during his time at university, he studied law as well as being a part of the cross country cycling team. Kubota took some time off to travel as a backpacker and after experiencing Arab Spring in Egypt, he was infatuated by the world outside of Japan and aimed to work at a company that offers oversea transfers. Steve's cultural comparison videos are an entertaining way to learn about Japan & USA. After graduating from University of Wisconsin, Steve made the decision to work in Japan. After working for a Japanese company for 2 years, he started his own company and ran it for 4 years before moving back to America where he continues working with all the people he has met in Japan and throughout Asia during his time there.
Graduated from Waseda University in Science and Engineering Management Systems, Junichi Tokusa joined a big Japanese IT company in the HR department to work on recruiting and a wide range of employee training projects. In 2014, he changed career paths and joined salesforce.com to be responsible for leading the recruiting initiatives for recent graduates.
