Job Description

• Develop effective action plans and strategies based on the corporate directed goals. • Work together with Operation team to ensure Events and Activities Planning tasks are being communicated properly. • Ensure that all required reports are submitted accurately in timely manner. • Promptly notify the proper department of any customer/employee related injuries as needed. • Pick-up emergency calls from stores. • Be in charge or participate in multiple important cross departmental (Such as HQ) projects and assignments that will be tasked by Planning team. • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors. • Communicate with vendors and negotiate as needed. • Provide support to local support team members on projects and manage their HQ inventory. • Provide support to all Planning Departments on additional projects. • Process Payment Requests for Planning Departments as needed. • Data creation and data aggregation as needed. • Conduct and support other projects (Planning). (Party/Bowling/Billiards/Karaoke/Darts/Ping Pong/Food & Beverage/Alcohol/Spo-Cha) • Multiple Business trips (typically 3-4 days).

Other Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required. ・Minimum of five to seven years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ・PHR or SHRM-SCP highly desired. ・Experience with ADP system preferred. ・Proficiency in Excel. ・U.S. work authorization required

Work Hours & Weekly Schedule

8 hours a day Overtime will be paid ・Flexible work schedule during business trip ・Travels to sites as required (average once a month)

Salary

75K-85K

Holidays & Vacation

-2 days a week, -Working on National Holidays -Paid Time OFF (10 Paid Vacation Days a year for the 1st year)
