Job Description

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships; and working cohesively with each customer to understand their current business needs • Create new model and prototype pricing • Monitor/investigate and effectively resolve any issues with customer agreements, deliveries, etc. • Evaluate VA/VE opportunities • Actively involved in negotiation with assigned customers • Responsible for managing customer metrics • Monitor market trends and sales forecasts • Assists in the development and support of its corporate sales and marketing policies and procedures • Work with top management on quarterly and annual budget for assigned customers • Support president and the TRA Business Plan • Enters new customer data and other sales data related to customers into database • Coordinates activities with other General Managers to ensure objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner • Understand and follow:  ISO 14001 Environmental Management System  ISO 16949 Quality Management System  Follows the Safety Management System • Prepare and submit customer call reports, expense reports, etc. • Meet annual KPI targets for the sales department through quarterly and annual reviews to ensure goals are being met in accordance with top management and company focused objectives • Work closely with internal purchasing and customer service departments • Work cohesively with all sales team members and other departments to keep the team abreast of account activities to include new RFQ’s and structure design changes • Strong understanding of the importance of teamwork to meet the company and customer expectations • Willing to travel same day or overnight to assigned customers. Frequency of travel is determined by customer needs and/or events

Salary

Entry Level: $45,000- 48,000 Experienced: ~ $60,000
