Responsibilities This position is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of ERP user support for day-to-day technical or operational issues and demonstrates a baseline working knowledge of in-depth and routine work applications. Acts as a resource to other ERP user support specialists. Key Accountabilities: Provides timely and accurate Tier 1 technical assistance and support for ERP system and any other related systems. Consult and analyze user's operation problems or new requirements related with the ERP system and develop custom programs or implement IT solutions. If it is required to add or change common objects maintained by HQ, coordinating with HQ with creating request for proposal and supporting the development and implementation.. Act as a resource for other ERP user specialists and trains them to improve knowledge and provide high quality customer support to the end users.
Start date is July 1st but we will conduct interview beforehand.
NYC (Midtown, Manhattan) or Houston, TX
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
NY: 65K-75K/year TX :57K-65K/year
