Job Description

Responsibilities This position is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of ERP user support for day-to-day technical or operational issues and demonstrates a baseline working knowledge of in-depth and routine work applications. Acts as a resource to other ERP user support specialists. Key Accountabilities: Provides timely and accurate Tier 1 technical assistance and support for ERP system and any other related systems. Consult and analyze user's operation problems or new requirements related with the ERP system and develop custom programs or implement IT solutions. If it is required to add or change common objects maintained by HQ, coordinating with HQ with creating request for proposal and supporting the development and implementation.. Act as a resource for other ERP user specialists and trains them to improve knowledge and provide high quality customer support to the end users.

Required Competencies : - Basic understanding of SAP - Basic skills as a Trainer/Instructor - Basic skills of Accounting - Excellent customer support skills - Excellent communication skills - Planning and organization skills - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Task and Time Management skills Knowledge and Skills Required: - 1+ years of experience in the ERP and related application support. - Basic understanding of the business procedure of Sales, Purchase and Financial. - Basic understanding of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP or any other ERP system. Education/Training: - Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of ERP or related application Support Experience is required. Licenses or certifications required, if any: Professional certifications as appropriate. Both English and Japanese language skills need to be at Business level or up.

Salary

NY: 65K-75K/year TX :57K-65K/year
