Job Description

-Plan and execute short-, mid-, and long-term business plans and strategies -Manage all aspects of sales and marketing activities with regard to LED, Polishing Pad, Polishing Slurry, and electronic parts, which encompasses customer and supplier relationship management, payment authorization, credit management, etc. -Oversee the planning and coordination of key functions related to trading and sales operations, including purchasing, procurement, logistics, and customer services, and ensure efficient and seamless product delivery. -Lead the development of sales channels and procurement sources of LED, Polishing Pads, Polishing Slurry, and electronic parts in North America, Europe, and Asia utilizing the company's global network. -Manage finance and accounting matters within the Metal Department, including formulating annual budget plans, monitoring and controlling expenses, and managing monthly sales revenues and profits. -Oversee research on new business opportunities related to LED, Polishing Pads, Polishing Slurry, and electronic parts and provide reports on market trends, developments, or customer needs and requirements in the U.S. to senior management facilitating the development of high-level business plans, strategies, and direction.

3 – 5 years of sales (industrial consumable products in semiconductor or electric parts ) and supplier knowledge & relationships Bilingual Japanese Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a multi-cultural business environment Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills Strong interpersonal skills –developing a rapport with supplier, influencing, resolving conflict, and creative problem solving a must Strong technical background with a proven track record in sales with both hard disk and semiconductor industries preferred Time flexibility and ability to travel preferred

130,000 ~ 150,000 (DOE)
