National Sales Administrator

Job Description

The National Sales Administrator contributes to the efficient operation of the Mainstream Market by providing sales support to the sales team. The National Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting the Manager in various sales support projects on a day-to-day basis and being the main day-to-day contact person with various customers, brokers, external vendors, and internal branch personnel involved in dealing with Mainstream food service or retail (Market, Big Box Retailers, and Club Stores) as well as the HQ personnel and the Product Development team in global affiliate office. Assists in pursuing sales goals and objectives and supports individual and team activities to achieve organizational goals. The National Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting with the development of new projects and helping to ensure that the short and long-range sales objectives for the company are met. The National Sales Administrator will also be responsible for office and administrative functions, which include but are not limited to order entry, answering telephones, and taking orders for customers through various brokers. They will also independently generate sales by marketing company product lines, managing new and existing customer accounts, and negotiating and interacting with customers. This position serves as one of the skilled workers and is usually tasked with providing advice to the Sales Assistant.

Salary

Pay Range $23.21 - $30.95 (DOE)

Holidays & Vacation
