What is a CRO?

In the life sciences, a contract research organization (CRO) is a company that provides support to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries in the form of research services outsourced on a contract basis. A CRO may provide such services as biopharmaceutical development, biologic assay development, commercialization, clinical development, clinical trials management, pharmacovigilance, outcomes research, and real-world evidence.

What We Do

Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. We leverage local regulatory and therapeutic expertise across all major areas including oncology, cardiology, metabolic disease, endocrinology, central nervous system, anti-viral and anti-infective. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, employing more than 5,900 people across 40+ countries.

HRD System

Training Programs

In addition to business etiquette training, customed training programs for each positions will be provided globally. All training materials are in English, but local training managers and mentors are assigned to provide on-the-job training with a comprehensive support system. We handle many projects from bio-ventures to major pharmaceutical companies, so after completing your training, you will be in charge of a global project (oncology or rare disease field) without waiting.

We value the health and work-life balance of each employee. We are all working together to minimize overtime by working from home and using flextime. There is a casual dress code in the office, snacks are available in the cafeteria every Tuesday, and communication in English is encouraged. Career Paths

We have a fair evaluation system based on individual performance. After one year of employment, in addition to annual evaluations, there are opportunities for promotion quarterly. We are actively seeking career developments within the company. By starting your career as a CRA, you will be able to acquire a wide range of knowledge and experience in all processes related to clinical trials, so you can aim to become a CRA Manager or Trainer or pursue a highly specialized position such as Clinical Trial Manager.
